When a shopper enters their email in a Contona tool, we now pass it to the klaviyo.js already on your storefront. Klaviyo then links their anonymous session to their profile and backfills the onsite events it recorded beforehand.
Turn it on under Integrations → Klaviyo → Track events.
Off by default. Requires Klaviyo’s script on your site, and your consent copy should cover it. Klaviyo excludes source, UTM and referrer from the backfill.
